
This year Turning Leaf winemaker Stephanie Edge is partnering with chef, Esther Röling to bring colour to the kitchen with colourful recipes inspired by the rich flavours and colours of Turning Leaf wines.
Stephanie and Esther share a colourful outlook on life and have a passion for discovering exciting flavours through food and wine. Their experiences around the world have led them to an array of rich flavours and intense colours, whether it's discovering interesting spices in the markets of Morroco or the floating markets along the rivers of Thailand. They pour their experiences into their creations, be them in the kitchen or in the vineyards of California.
Esther has created a bespoke recipe for each Turning Leaf wine, designed especially to highlight the rich aromas and complexity of flavours found in the wines that Stephanie has made.
